Shuggie - Animate Emoji on your Photos

Shuggie is a fun new app that lets you add and animate emojis over your photos!

How it works:
● Take a photo or load one from your camera roll.
● Choose an emoji you’d like to add.
● Once Shuggie starts recording, move the emoji anywhere you like over your photo to animate it.
● As the recording loops, choose the Scale and Rotate buttons to resize and change the angle of the emoji.
● Share your Shuggie as a video or gif, or post it directly to Instagram.
● Sit back as the likes start rolling in!
